Health & Safety

Your wellbeing

This retreat includes optional experiences that carry real health considerations, including a plant medicine ceremony and temazcal (sweat lodge). Your safety is our priority.

Health screening
Every participant will have a required 1:1 call with Tanis before committing, where we'll discuss any conditions, medications, pregnancy, heart issues, or other considerations relevant to the ceremony experiences.
Contraindications
Certain medical conditions, medications, and pregnancy may affect your ability to participate in specific ceremonies. These will be discussed during your personal call.
Liability Waiver

Participant agreement

All participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver. The waiver will cover the activities included in the gathering, including but not limited to plant medicine ceremony, temazcal, water activities, and jungle excursions. You will receive the waiver to review and sign after your 1:1 call with Tanis.
